This images directory is not intended for direct viewing by humans; it just isn't pretty as a picture even if made of pretty pictures!
Note for devs: images under here are nominally 'immutable' in the sense that once cached they need not be refetched. However, an object under here may be replaced by an equivalent (better, smaller) one at any time, so byte-range requests a long time apart may result in unexpected results.
Note that images here are not just still 2D photos and graphics; any non-editable object to be treated as a 'binary image' may be found here also.
